Machine Operator

Location: Paddock Wood (moving to Marden in March 2025) Salary: £30,888 per annum About the Role Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join their team at their site in Paddock Wood. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for: Operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Conducting regular quality checks and troubleshooting machinery issues as needed. Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborating with team members to meet production targets.
