Year 5 Class Teacher (Fixed Term) Start Date: January 2025 | End Date: August 2025 Salary: M3–M5 (£35-40k) About the Role Our client, a successful and multicultural primary school rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is seeking an experienced Year 5 teacher to join their team. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum. Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed. Promote good behaviour, manage classrooms effectively, and ensure pupil wellbeing. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for pupils. What We’re Looking For A passionate and committed Key Stage 2 teacher who: Brings creativity, challenge, and enjoyment to the classroom. Can build positive, respectful relationships with pupils and colleagues. Demonstrates strong curriculum knowledge and effective teaching strategies.
