Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Counsel at City & Commercial Insurance Group in the City of London. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for tasks such as law interpretation, contract negotiation, legal document preparation, addressing legal issues, and providing legal advice for the Reinsurance business, So Insurance and Reinsurance knowledge and expertise could be useful but not absolute essential. Qualifications Law and Legal Issues handling skills Contract Negotiation expertise Legal Document Preparation proficiency Legal Advice capabilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Experience in insurance or reinsurance industry preferred Law degree or equivalent qualification
