PMO Analyst

PMO Analyst Location: Northampton (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £55,000 up to 20% bonus (depending on experience) We are seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to support project delivery and ensure adherence to governance and controls while driving alignment with organisational strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with change delivery managers to ensure programmes comply with the Control Framework, including governance and risk standards. Develop and implement standardised PMO processes and methodologies to support project success. Monitor project performance, track progress, identify risks, and provide detailed status reports to senior management. Manage and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets. Facilitate project governance to align projects with strategic objectives and manage risks effectively. Provide training on change management frameworks to empower project managers and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in project management practices by identifying and implementing enhancements. Skills and Experience: Essential: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Expertise in governance, controls, and analytical problem-solving. Ability to deliver detailed, data-driven insights. Highly Valued: Proficiency in Jira and Excel. Capacity to conceptualise and simplify complex ideas. Expectations of the Role: Influence decision-making within your area of expertise.
