As a Trainee Welfare Benefits Adviser , youll be helping people to boost their finances, guiding them through the complex world of benefits, grants, and support schemes. But dont worry well train you to do all that. Heres a taste of what your day-to-day might look like: Talking to customers on the phone, building trust, and being a reassuring voice for those who need help. Helping people increase their income by checking benefit entitlements, identifying savings, and spotting opportunities to improve their financial situation. Being a problem-solver making calls, writing emails, and filling out forms to help customers access the support theyre entitled to. Learning and growing keeping up to date with welfare benefits, grants, and debt advice through hands-on training and support from our experienced advisers.
