We have an opportunity for a Retention Sales Consultant to join our Brand-New Retention Sales Team based in Blackburn (BB1 2PR) on a full time, permanent basis. You will work with customers to understand and identify pain points in order retain our customers and offer a compelling value proposition. This is a desk-based role that will offer hybrid working (after initial training period, all held at Head Office in Blackburn) Duties Include: Manage CRM database and update all records Manage and retain cancellation requests Make outbound calls to customers and manage the customer status Take inbound calls for cancellation requests Support the team on technical advice and educate customers Ability to handle objections Aim to resolve issues and queries at first point of contact Provide accurate written communication in a clear and professional manner Question and engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements. Work in line with standards and processes set by the business Work towards monthly retentions targets WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday What We Would Like You To Bring Previous experience in Customer Sales Retention Be an active listener who has the ability hold a conversation and recognise pain points. Be Self-Motivated and resilient with energy and drive. Be able to deliver a compelling value proposition Have the ability to work to target and deadlines.
