If so, Build Space has the ideal role for you We have a red hot, freelance Site / Finishing Manager requirement working on a new build hospital extension near Leeds Site / Finishing Manager roles & responsibilities: - Working with subcontractors to establish tempo levels and quality standards required - Managing and amending short term programmes where needed - Drafting snag lists and circulating via Snag-R - Daily reporting upline to senior management team - Inputs into client site walks Site / Finishing Manager experience required: - Minimum 5 years Site / Finishing Manager experience - Trade background - Joinery, Painting & Decorating, MEP etc. - CSCS, First Aid at Work, SMSTS - Excellent written and spoken communication skills - "Can do / will do" attitude This is your chance to work for a top Main Contractor on a high profile project.
