Finance Programme Lead

Job Description Informa Festivals Cocreation team is seeking a Finance Programme Lead with proven experience in change and transformation to lead and supervise all aspects of Finance Combination Workstream. The Finance Programme Lead will act as a strategic planner and communicator to senior stakeholders, ensuring workstream objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. This role requires a deep understanding of finance transformation and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities : Oversee day-to-day delivery and overall success of the Finance integration programme Manage cohesion across finance workstreams plans from start to finish, ensuing dependencies, milestones, and processes are delivered Ensure consistent methodology and reporting; providing detailed, accurate reports and presentations to senior stakeholders/management Prep Finance lead for key SteerCo meetings Implement effective change, risk, and resource management processes Resolve and escalate workstream issues and decisions where required Manage and track budgets, ensuring financial discipline Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and internal policies Qualifications and Experience : 15 years experience in finance change and transformation Chartered Accountant (ACCA or CIMA qualified) with a proven track record of delivering a broad range of finance transformation across multiple disciplines (e.g., operating models, finance operations, legal entity rationalisation, shared services, treasury, etc.). Candidates with equivalent qualifications through experience are also encouraged to apply, as being a Chartered Accountant is not a requirement if the necessary experience is demonstrated Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders effectively, while equally comfortable taking a hands-on approach Methodical, pragmatic, and delivery-focused approach with a strong customer orientation Highly effective communicator who can cut through noise to reach a collaborative solution.
