Axcis Education are working with an Alternative Provision Academy based in Worcester who are looking for 2 Teaching Assistants to join them as soon as possible. Our client are now looking to add 2 Teaching Assistants to join their friendly staff team. You will be working alongside class teachers to support students, to help them build resilience and self esteem as well as obtaining qualifications to help them achieve a positive destination with they leave the academy. To be considered for this role you will have A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. ESSENTIAL Have experience of working within a Classroom Setting Have experience of working with Special Needs Have a calm and friendly demeanour Have a DBS that is on the Update Service or be willing to pay £56.71 for a new check to be done.
