We are proud to be supporting this well-established and busy law firm in finding an experienced and highly organised Conveyancing Assistant/Secretary to join our clients busy conveyancing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting Fee Earners and managing complex property transactions effciently Key Responsibilities: Preparation and drafting of legal documentation for property sales and purchases Organising and maintaining of case files Scheduling and coordination of meetings and property searches Managing all incoming and outgoing communications The provision of high level administration support to the residential team Conducting file and document reviews to ensure all necessary documents are in place. What you need to gain this position: Minimum 3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary in residential conveyancing Total proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience of LEAP Software an advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously Knowledge of legal terminology and excellent spelling and grammar What is on Offer: Competitive salary commensurate with experience 20 days’ holiday plus Christmas week Pension Parking Please note that this position is based from its easily accessible offices located in the Slough area. The position is not offering remote or hybrid working arrangements. Hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. 1 hour for lunch. However there can be flexibility in start and finish times
