Key Responsibilities for the EYFS Teaching Assistant: Support the EYFS department in delivering high-quality education to our youngest learners. Build solid foundations for children's learning by effectively implementing fun, exciting, and engaging sessions. Cater to the diverse needs and abilities of all children, ensuring inclusive practices are at the forefront of your teaching. Foster a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes both social and emotional development. Collaborate closely with the teaching team to enhance the EYFS curriculum and contribute to children's overall progress.EYFS Teaching Assistant requirements: Passionate EYFS Teaching Assistant who is dedicated to early years education and to making a positive impact on children's lives. Experience working in an EYFS setting is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
