Maths Teacher - KS3/4 - Peterlee - Long Term Supply Location: Peterlee Local Secondary School Position: Supply Maths Teacher (Key Stage 3 and 4) About Us: A Local Secondary School, we pride themselves on fostering a stimulating and inclusive learning environment. They are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Maths Teacher to join our team and support our students’ academic journey. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and 4. Follow the school’s curriculum and lesson plans, ensuring continuity of learning. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed. Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment. Collaborate with permanent teaching staff to ensure a seamless educational experience for students. Participate in school activities and events as required. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A degree in Mathematics or a related field. Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and 4 levels. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
