About the Role: We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Hoo, Kent. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor CNC machines with precision and efficiency. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy in production. Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot machine issues as needed. Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications. Work collaboratively with team members to optimise workflow and production targets. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with shifts of up to 12 hours. Weekend work available with overtime pay. Requirements: At least 6 months of experience as a CNC Machine Operator. Background in welding or steelwork is highly desirable. Strong understanding of CNC operations and ability to troubleshoot machinery. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate (up to £13.00 per hour, depending on experience).
