Internal Site Manager

My client are seeking an Internal Site Manager based in South West London. Project type: refurbishment of grade II listed hospital to residential apartments Start date: early – mid August 24 Sarlay: to be negotiated - £65,000 My client are seeking experienced candidates (5 years minimum) who can work / manage independently, posing a can do and positive attitude. They will be responsible for the fit out of circa 10-20units on any given basis, managing subcontractor works from first fix to customer care handover. Ideally the candidate will require a level of refurbishment background experience or willing to quickly adapt and learn. They will be joining an existing team of 5 site managers and report into the Snr Project Manager. Local candidate preferred
