If you're ready to take the next step in your career, keep reading Duties: Design and execute HR strategies that align with organisational goals Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to attract top talent Manage the employee benefits programs to ensure support and satisfaction Address and resolve employee relations matters effectively Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulatory compliance; keeping up to date with HR laws Develop and manage performance management frameworks to drive success Work with senior management team to refine HR policies and procedures Lead and contribute to HR projects aimed at employee engagement Requirements: Understanding of legislation Passionate about HR and everything it involves Experience as a HR Manager within a previous role CIPD Level 5 or above Proactive approach within their job role Benefits: 23 Days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
