Senior Full Stack Developer - React, C# .NET, Azure/AWS

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology. This is primarily a technical role (90% development) with some responsibilities in leadership and client interaction (10%). Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in React and C# .NET. Experience with cloud technologies (Azure preferred; AWS a plus). Deep understanding of Agile methodologies; Agile/Scrum certifications preferred. Familiarity with financial services is advantageous but not essential. Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor, coach, and encourage teams without direct line management. Capable of identifying problems, understanding their impact, and offering solutions. Comfortable collaborating with architects and providing technical guidance. Client Engagement: Skilled at building trust and rapport with clients.
