Job Description

Lead .NET Developer £65,000 Chester ShortList has an exciting opportunity for a Lead .NET Developer to join one of Chester's leading employers. This role's main focus will be to manage a squad of developers and help to deliver enterprise projects. You will also be collaborating with test and business analysis teams. The Lead .NET Developer will work closely with the Software Development Manager and be responsible for supporting the company's expansion. This role will also be responsible for the team and designing, building and maintaining integration services. This role is ideal for a Senior Developer looking to take the next step into a Principal or Lead role. We are looking for a someone with attention to detail and a strong understanding of SDLC. Responsibilities for the role: Team performance monitoring Work allocation for the team Recruitment of new team members Documentation for product roadmaps Risk management for the software products Unit testing and automated integration testing Research and test new technologies Desirable skills: C# .NET Core SQL Azure Terraform The Lead .NET Developer will be paid a salary of up to £65,000 plus great benefits which include 25 days leave bank holidays, flexible working, discounts, discounted gym membership, enhanced maternity and paternity and much more The Lead .NET Developer role is based in Chester and offers hybrid working, 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
