Teaching a range of subjects and age groups, with each day presenting a new challenge. Engaging students and maintaining a positive learning environment. Adapting to different classroom settings and school cultures. Implementing existing lesson plans and ensuring a smooth educational experience for students. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience as a cover teacher or transferable skills. Maths and English GCSE Eligibility to work in the UK. Adaptability, reliability, and effective management skills for groups of young people. Strong ability to build rapport with young people and good interpersonal skills.
