Key Responsibilities: Managing audit assignments to ensure the delivery of high-quality, accurate audit files. Supervising daily activities on client engagements. Mentoring and supervising team members. Reviewing work and assignments, offering constructive feedback to enhance team performance. Engaging directly with clients to discuss progress, address issues and share financial insights and business updates. Contributing to networking efforts and cultivating strong client relationships. Overseeing engagement profitability, including billing and collection processes. Ideal Candidate Profile: ICAEW/ ACCA/ ACA qualified or QBE. UK practice experience. Experience planning and leading audits with strong technical expertise. Knowledge of audit and accounting software. Exerience managing teams and supervising staff members.
