ICT Teacher

Rotherwood Education are seeking an Experience ICT Teacher to teach a small class of Level 3 IT Students.Duties will include;A degree in Computing/ICT or closely related areaQualified teacher with excellent subject knowledge of computingGood knowledge of special educational needs especially those within a mainstream school settingAbility to create exciting and innovative teaching and learning resourcesAbility to maximise student outcomes immaterial of pupil abilityExcellent communication skills with pupils, parents and staffAbility to review and implement effective programmes of study in line with the examination specification requirementsMonitoring of pupil progressMust be enthusiastic and able to motivate and inspire pupilsHold a valid teaching qualification such as a PGCE, QTS or QTLSProvide details of at least two referees covering the last 5 years' work history.Possess a current criminal record check (Enhanced DBS certificate that is registered with the online update service) or be prepared to apply for one as part of your registrationBe committed to the safeguarding of children and young peopleBe willing to complete a face to face registration and satisfy several checksIf you would like to discuss this position in more detail or would be a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.Please contact Rotherwood Education NOW
