T4S Education is working with a secondary school in Battersea, London, to recruit a skilled professional to oversee their facilities team, reporting into the Deputy Director of Estates. This is a temporary position for 3 months, potentially longer, to cover an absence. The Role: As the Maintenance Manager, you will: Lead and manage a team of maintenance operatives. Ensure the smooth running of the school’s facilities and operations. Respond promptly to maintenance issues, ensuring minimal disruption. Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, adhering to safety and compliance standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or manager, ideally in a school or similar environment. Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team. Availability to start work immediately. Ability to work full-time hours on a temporary, ongoing basis. Pay Rate: £200 - £220 per day, depending on experience.
