Key Responsibilities Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. Develop and implement operational processes to optimize productivity and minimize downtime. Monitor and maintain equipment, coordinating repairs and maintenance schedules as required. Lead and train team members to ensure a high-performing, collaborative work environment. Collaborate with management to achieve operational goals and support strategic initiatives. Uphold strict health and safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety throughout the plant. Candidate Profile We are looking for a dynamic individual with: Proven experience in plant operations, manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment. Inspection and Testing Certified 18th Edition Installation and maintenance experience Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, innovative setting. Leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams. Knowledge of operational health and safety standards. A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.
