Job Title: Welder/Fabricator (MIG & TIG) Location: Leicester Pay Rate: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week Overtime (Paid at time and a half) Employment Type: Full-Time, Weekly Pay Start Date: ASAP Job Description: We are seeking skilled and experienced TIG and MIG Welders to join our team in Leicester. This role is ideal for individuals with strong welding expertise and fabrication experience. A valid driving license is essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: Perform TIG and MIG welding to a high standard on various materials. Assist with fabrication tasks as required. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards. Conduct routine maintenance of welding and fabrication equipment. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Requirements: Proven experience in TIG and MIG welding. Fabrication experience is highly preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. A valid UK driving license. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work overtime when required.
