M&E Coordinator/Estimator Location: Leeds Salary: Up to £60,000 car allowance About: My client is a specialist fit-out and construction company serving the commercial and residential sectors. We are looking for an experienced M&E Coordinator/Estimator to join the growing team in Leeds. This is a great opportunity to work on impactful projects while earning up to £60,000 plus a car allowance. The Role You’ll manage MEP tendering, design coordination, and project delivery, ensuring contracts are competitive and profitable. You’ll bring your experience, commercial acumen, and organisational skills to drive successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Review and prepare MEP tenders. Source and manage external design partners. Ensure all MEP elements are included and de-risked. Coordinate MEP design and installation with other trades. Attend meetings and produce O&M documentation. Analyse costs for labour, materials, and time. Maintain and update cost databases. What We’re Looking For Strong project management and data analysis skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in maths, IT, and problem-solving. Experience Required: 5 years in MEP coordination for fit-outs, particularly commercial and office-to-residential projects. Proven ability to build strong client and team relationships. Personal Qualities: Adaptable, self-motivated, and commercially aware. Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking. Results-driven with a positive, respectful attitude.
