Are you a freelance site manager looking for your next contract for the new year? If you are then I have a role with a very reputable industrial & logistics main contractor in Northampton. They have now secured further larger scale projects that require further growth by adding an experienced freelance site manager to their team. Responsibilities: - Managing a refurbishment of an industrial unit with both external and internal elements - Managing staff resource on site. - Working with Senior QS to commercially manage projects. - Ensuring quality targets are met. Experience required: - Experience of managing projects up to £18m in value - Good planning, design and commercial awareness. - CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualified - Strong reporting skills. - Dynamic, energetic and driven individual If you feel you would be a good match to the above job description please apply online or call Dylan in the office
