Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience working on major infrastructure projects? Have you worked for a main contractor as a Quantity Surveyor? Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team to work on HS2. Location: North Acton hybrid working Salary: up to £55,000 travel allowance Benefits: ·Travel allowance ·Hybrid working (2 days per week at home) ·5% pension match ·BUPA Healthcare ·25 days leave bank holidays ·1 x professional membership ·Life & Accident Cover Your responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor will include: ·Preparation or assessment of applications, valuations, cost/value reconciliation. ·Cost control and forecasting. ·Preparation and agreement of applications for payment. ·Assisting with Risk and Value Management. ·Prepare supply chain enquiries, negotiate, administer and finalise/close out supply chain contracts.
