Groundsman Salary: £30,000 per annum Location: Liverpool Industry: Facilities Management / Pharmaceutical Join Us to Keep a prestigious Pharmaceutical Site in Perfect Condition We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Groundsman to maintain the outdoor areas of a high-profile pharmaceutical facility in Liverpool. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum. Your work will ensure the grounds meet the exacting standards of a world-class pharmaceutical environment. Your Role: As our Groundsman, you’ll take pride in ensuring the facility’s outdoor areas remain safe, clean, and welcoming. Your key responsibilities will include: Grounds Maintenance: Mowing lawns, pruning shrubs, weeding, and maintaining flowerbeds and landscaped areas. Clearing pathways, ensuring they are free from litter and debris. Safety Compliance: Keeping outdoor areas safe by clearing snow, gritting paths in winter, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Equipment Handling: Using and maintaining groundskeeping equipment to ensure top performance and longevity. Tailored Care for a Pharmaceutical Site: Understanding and adhering to the unique requirements of a pharmaceutical environment, ensuring all work supports the facility’s operations. What We’re Looking For: We’re after someone who has experience in groundskeeping and landscaping, ideally in a professional or commercial setting. The ideal candidate will have: Proficiency in using groundskeeping tools and machinery. Basic knowledge of horticulture and landscaping practices. A proactive attitude and keen attention to detail. A valid UK driving licence (preferred).
