Regional Quality Manager - Elderly Care Homes South West £65-70k Company car Are you an experienced Home Manager with exceptional turnaround and quality assurance experience and a proven track record of improving CQC grades? I am looking for a Regional Quality Manager to cover Wiltshire, Bath, Bristol (South West England) that is passionate about making continuous improvements across a range of Nursing and Residential Homes on behalf of a nationwide care provider. Nursing Home Turnaround Manager Person Specification: • Strong Nursing Home Manager experience (essential) • Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN) (desirable) • Proven track record of making and sustaining improvements within a care home environment • Lives within West Yorkshire • Experience delivering high quality relationship centred care Day to day role of a Nursing Home Turnaround manager: • Supporting home managers in improving and achieving good CQC grades and improving the lives of the residents of multiple homes • Covering managers sickness, annual leave and interim mgmt. • Helping with audits, budgeting, occupancy and reducing agency use • Building and improving positive relationships with key stakeholders • Multi site role covering West Yorkshire For more information you can contact Steph at Purosearch on (phone number removed)
