Head of Human Resources - part time

Head of People & Culture required on a part-time basis to join a growing business in Chichester. Circa 200 staff, £40m TO. Applicants must be local to Chichester, with several years HR management experience, a background in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial The Role 20 hours over at least 3 days per week onsite (or can be over 4-5 days) Key responsibilities; Overall people and culture lead Generalist HR management Implement business plans and vision Talent Management, L&D Managing a HR team of 3 Recruitment Employment law expert Provide a strong supportive and consistent presence at all levels throughout the business Requirements Previous Head of People / HR manager level experience A people and culture mindset Expert on UK employment law Forward looking mentality i.e legislation, business growth/change, complexity Benefits (Prorated) £70K 25 days holiday Private healthcare, pension
