Associate Director / Building Services Design Manager My client is an established global manufacturer of large-scale pre-fabricated HVAC plant room solutions supplying major data center and commercial projects throughout EMEA from their UK site. They have an excellent brand and employer reputation due to teamwork and valuing their employees' contributions. The company has many interesting projects in the pipeline so now recruiting to meet customer demand. We are now searching for an Engineering Design Manager. The ideal background is from a building services consultancy as an Associate Director or similar or a design manager with an MEP building services contractor. Applicants must have a solid building services background. The Role The purpose of this role is to manage and ensure compliance with industry regs for the designated country the project will be delivered to The role is also responsible for commissioning and testing is carried out in accordance with company and client standards Hours: 38 hours, flexible working between 0930-1530, lunchtime finish Fridays You HNC or degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Currently Associate Director, Principle Engineer, Engineering Manager, Design Manager or similar within a building services environment Benefits Package Salary to around £85K 25 days holiday bank holiday Comprehensive benefits package
