Senior Electrical Engineer

Senior Electrical Engineer job in Oxford, £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, permanent contract. Your New Company Hays Building Services are assisting a Building Services consultancy in Oxford with the recruitment of a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their busy team. Your New Role You will be responsible for a number of electrical design projects within a range of sectors, have oversight of engineers and technicians including the mentoring and training of junior staff, management of project workflows and milestones as well as adhering to internal Quality Assurance standards. As you progress, you will gain experience in bidding for new work, drafting fee proposals and project financial management. What You’ll Need To Succeed You will have strong electrical design experience in the building services industry, project experience across different sectors of the industry as well as experience mentoring junior team members. What You’ll Get In Return This role is offered with a salary between £50,000 - £60,000 per annum on a permanent contract.
