Electrical Engineer/Project Manager £60,000 - £65,000 Car allowance 5 weeks holiday Pension Redditch - Worcester Are you an Electrical Engineer with experience in HV installations and maintenance? Are you looking to step into a more senior leadership (project manager) role? Are you looking for a Project manager role resposnible for large installations across the country and have full fiscal responsibility? This is a great opportunity to join an established SME that will provide you with ongoing training and development, as you transition from on the tools to a balanced office/on-site position. You will need to wear multiple hats and be prepared to help with a variety of tasks. Accredited on the NERS scheme and NICEIC, they specialise in utility connections, cable joining, substation works, DNO services and renewable energy projects. In this newly created role, you will work closely with the Operations Director, largely from the company head office, but with UK wide projects there will be travel requirements and remote working opportunities. The Role: Achieve the financial objectives and targets set for all contracts. Ownership of named contracts and ensure delivery is in accordance with the contract conditions, customers' requirements and Company Directors. Ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
