Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in regeneration projects as well as infrastructure delivery for a contract role within the HTP sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage key aspects of infrastructure schemes and work closely with a dedicated development team. Key Responsibilities: Lead the infrastructure aspects of schemes Work alongside the development team Investigate and determine land ownership in collaboration with the Property team Collaborate with Highways, Landscape, Street Lighting, and Maintenance teams as required Compile high-level cost estimates if needed Brief the leadership team Engage and build relationships with stakeholders and partners, attending consultation events Compile and input into a works programme and conduct site visits if necessary Identify potential funding opportunities, leading on funding bids and business cases Manage internal and external processes with guidance from infrastructure colleagues Identify short-term and medium-term funding opportunities Job Requirements: Engineering degree or equivalent industry-recognised training qualification Proven experience in a similar role Strong evaluation and decision-making skills Full UK Driving Licence, with the ability to attend sites in the NW&C region Excellent command of written and spoken English Excellent report writing skills Ability to produce and maintain programmes and estimates Strong client liaison skills Experience in liaising with internal contractors If you are an experienced Project Manager with expertise in infrastructure and highway projects looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
