Job Description
PSR Solutions are working with a market leading client within the Residential Groundworks Sector to recruit a Contracts Manager to Join their Production team on a permanent basis. This role with be covering sites across Northampton, Luton and Watford. Contracts Manager Roles and Responsibilities Produce site programmes indicating project duration, scope of works and time scales per trade. Priorities workload, manage and provide solutions to issues in relation to contracts assigned. Attend site meetings with client, and sub-contractors, produce accurately recorded minutes. Working closely with the Commercial and Procurement team to control labour, material purchases and sub-contractor budgets. Ensure Health & Safety regulations are met in accordance with the current legislation. Assist Commercial team and Directors with final account preparationContracts Manager Requirements Ideally experience working as a Contracts Manager Although, Project Managers looking to step up will be considered Experience managing Residential Groundworks projects is ideal Other Groundworks and Civils experience will also be considered Proven track record of delivering projects to a tight programme.
