Principal Software Engineer

Principal Software Engineer £80k circa Cambridge (once a week in the office) We’re pleased to be working with a growing SaaS business in Cambridge who continue to organically scale-up their Engineering function due to the popularity of the product. You’ll be part of a small, closely knit Software Engineering team, building quality scalable software for their products, of which are utilised by global businesses across an array of sectors, including banking & software. This position is 100% hands on, but the technical leadership of the position is just as key. Your role will promote best practices, drive process improvements & increase the efficiency within the Development team. What they’re seeking: Proven experience with Full Stack Development. C#, TypeScript, React (will consider Angular), strong database & infrastructure knowledge Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture Experience of team leadership; mentoring, coaching Developers.
