Consultancy side Project Manager The opportunity has arisen for an ambitious project management professional to join a growing, property consultancy focussed on project and cost management. As a boutique practice working with clients across the private property sector they boast a diverse workload. They are currently delivering projects across the high spec residential, commercial and cultural sectors and are looking for someone with an interest in progressing their career within the private property space. Culturally they are a fantastic business with an autonomous structure. This opportunity will suit a driven Project Manager ideally with 3-7 years’ experience working at another consultancy who is interested in the autonomy and progression available at a smaller firm. They are a young dynamic practice with real progression opportunity. In order to be considered you will be; A degree qualified or equivalent Project Manager Have a minimum of two years experience managing real estate projects. Have prior experience of delivering projects in the private property space, ideally within the residential sector although this is not a must Be a member of either the APM or RICS or working towards chartership. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working for a leading consultancy, ideally across private sector projects and be interested in making the move to a smaller firm where they can add value. They are able to offer a competitive package and progression opportunities within a flat structure
