About the Role: As a Plumbing Training Officer, you will: Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical Plumbing and Gas training (Level 3 and above). Support and guide apprentices through their learning journey, ensuring they achieve their full potential. Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and work to the highest safety and quality standards. An Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, A2, or D32). Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with a genuine passion for helping others succeed. Proficiency in IT, administration, and organization. A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.Desirable but Not Essential: Experience with government training schemes or NVQ programs.
