Job Description
Project Manager Location: Southwark Contract Length: Permanent Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience Salter Grange are currently working with a reputable main contractor who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a student accommodation scheme. This role requires a professional with a strong background in construction project management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. Main responsibilities: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget Provide management to the Site Managers and wider construction team delivering the projects Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the project adheres to design specifications and quality standards Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders Ensure the project meets all regulatory and compliance requirements Skills and experience required: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with experience in delivering student accommodation projects from cradle to grave Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Proficiency in project management software and tools If you are an experienced Project Manager and are looking for your next opportunity, apply now with your most up to date CV
