What You'll Do: Customer Ownership: Manage the complete 'order-to-delivery' process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Data Management: Maintain the customer pricing matrix and ensure all sales orders are processed correctly. Communication: Provide daily support to customers, handling inquiries and building strong relationships. Despatch Coordination: Process orders, arrange deliveries or collections, and confirm shipments. System Oversight: Manage ERP system for order processing, stock management, and forecasting. Performance Support: Assist the Customer Service & Despatch Manager with KPI analysis, root cause evaluation, and driving improvement initiatives. Reporting: Create and maintain trackers, reports, and accurate forecasts for seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all customer-related activities are completed accurately, courteously, and on time. Monitor customer orders, stock, and delivery schedules to meet KPIs and avoid penalties. Communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities. Provide system training and support to colleagues, enhancing team efficiency. Maintain databases and ensure a smooth handover during holiday periods. What You'll Bring: A degree level education (Or equivalent.) Solid background in supply chain, customer service, or despatch operations. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Exceptional attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. Flexibility and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
