Responsibilities of Support Worker To support and enable residents to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care unique to each individual To keep training and skill levels up to date and relevant Support residents to maintain their relationships and connections with the local community Ensure Care Support Plans and other information about how to support residents are followed Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support This role will include shifts and alternative weekends If you are interested in this position, please contact us on (phone number removed).
