Senior Building Surveyor

A highly regarded, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking for a proactive Senior Building Surveyor to join their successful Manchester team. The Senior Building Surveyors' role As the Senior Building Surveyor, you will provide a comprehensive range of Building Surveying services including design and specification, condition surveys, defect analysis, party wall, dilapidations and reinstatement cost assessments. You will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a high-profile client base, becoming a trusted point of contact while delivering exceptional service. The role also involves supporting business development, assisting with project finances, and contributing to the recruitment, mentoring, and leadership of the team.
