About the Role: Develop and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum. Set clear teaching objectives and ensure they are effectively communicated to students. Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that enables all pupils to thrive. Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, using data to inform teaching strategies and interventions. Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. The Ideal Candidate Will: Have recent experience teaching in primary schools, ideally within KS1. Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent (applications from unqualified teachers are welcome). Demonstrate strong classroom management skills. Be an enthusiastic and committed team player, ready to contribute to the wider school community. Show adaptability and confidence in diverse teaching environments.
