Quantity Surveyor Needed Competitive salary 50k-60k Health Cash Plan Pension Scheme Annual Bonus Flexible working hours Work from Home & Office Office Hours 8am-4pm - Mon- Friday Looking for a high end design and build specialist: Duties: Develop and iplement efficent scalable quotation processes to drive profitbality Manager team workloads Lead tender submissions Review and analyse quotations to improve margins ans reduce risk Engage with clients pre-project to align on objectives and commercial goals Qualifications / Experience Needed: Experience working as a QS for a main contractor MRCIS/Degree in QS or Commercial Management Experienced in JCT Contracts and tenders working to 10m Experience in juggling mulitple contracts
