Main responsibilities Role Overview The AI Solution Architect will define and implement cutting-edge AI solutions for Sigga, focusing on enabling Chatbot functionalities, Custom Knowledge Base (KB) access via Generative AI, and Actionable AI to optimize industrial business processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, solution design and strategic vision, to ensure the seamless integration of AI technologies into existing systems while aligning with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture ·Design end-to-end AI solutions tailored to Sigga’s needs, including Chatbot implementation and Generative AI for industrial workflows. ·Design scalable, secure, and efficient AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing IT infrastructure. ·Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans. ·Work on business and technical meetings, perform demo & presentations. AI Development & Integration ·Oversee the development and deployment of chatbots, machine learning models and natural language processing (NLP) systems. ·Hands-on activities with the technical team, actively working with design, prototype, testing technologies and models. Monitoring & Optimization ·Deploy AI models into production environments and establish monitoring frameworks to ensure reliability and accuracy. ·Continuously refine AI models based on performance metrics and evolving business needs. Compliance & Ethics ·Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines, regulatory standards, security and data privacy laws. Requirements and skills Hard Skills Technical Proficiency ·Proven experience in Chatbots, Generative AI, or NLP systems. ·Strong system design and programming skills. ·Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their respective AI services. ·Experience with data analysis and processing tools. System Design & Integration ·Proficiency in designing scalable AI architectures with a focus on system reliability and security. ·Hands-on experience in integrating disparate systems using APIs or middleware. ·Deep understanding of data preprocessing techniques, feature engineering, and data governance principles. Deployment & Operations ·Experience with scalable SaaS solutions ·Familiarity with deployment tools like Kubernetes or Docker for managing production environments. Soft Skills ·Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technical solutions with business goals to create impactful outcomes. ·Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Aptitude for breaking down complex problems into actionable tasks and devising innovative solutions. ·Communication Skills: Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives.
