Job Description

As a Receptionist, youll be the first point of contact, coordinating front-desk activities, managing correspondence, and handling phone calls. A friendly demeanor, strong multitasking abilities, and excellent stress management skills are essential. In the Front Line Support role, youll provide first-level technical support, logging client requests, and troubleshooting basic issues. Key Responsibilities: Receptionist Duties: Welcome guests, offer refreshments, and direct them appropriately. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls. Keep the reception area organized and stocked with necessary materials. Provide general information in person or over the phone. Manage incoming mail, packages, and office security. Order and track office and kitchen supplies, and update calendars for meetings. Arrange office repairs/ maintenance and when required. Handle filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks as needed. Front Line Support Duties: Log and manage client support calls and tickets. Assist clients with ticket logging on ticketing system, follow up on support needs, and keep clients updated. Coordinate with providers when internet issues arise. Address service requests for technological support, including workstations, printers, networks, and software. Requirements: Experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic networking knowledge (e.g., ADSL, LAN, switches, VLANs). Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. High school diploma; certification in office management is a plus. Reliable/Own transport. Telecoms/ICT experience
