Technical Lead: IT Operations

Responsibilities include: Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and system architecture. Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the applications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Senior Tech resource with at least 7-8 years of experience. Proven experience as a Tech Lead (3 years or more). Extensive experience in Java, J2EE, and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.). Strong understanding of banking systems and cross-border payment processes. Knowledge of payment related SWIFT and ISO20022 messages. Proficiency in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc.). Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL). Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking sector.
