Candidate Requirements: A relevant tertiary qualification Has a basic knowledge of all sections of the kitchen Must have an excellent knowledge of using different cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes Must have a good understanding of basic food hygiene as well as heath and safety practices Have good communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to multitask Must be able to work under limited supervision Have good attention to detail and produce quality food Must have good time management and organization skills This is a live in position
