Job Description

The ideal candidate must have a strong reputation with local travel agents and a solid understanding of the online travel business. Role : Key Accounts Manager Qualifications: A background in the travel industry is required (minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position). Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented work style, with excellent business communication skills. Strong experience in B2B negotiations and sales management. Proven experience in developing new and existing sales in Country , preferably with travel agents. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures. Willingness to travel for duty trips regularly Job description: Onboard, train, and build confidence with new partners Maintain existing business by developing strong commercial and personal relationships with partners at all levels and negotiating commercial/financial conditions. Conduct regular site visits (a minimum of 3-4 days a week) to support agents both on-site and online, facilitate training/webinars, and introduce new products to increase sales. Follow up daily on client and team preferences to drive better results. Provide regular reports to the Regional Manager.
