Responsibilities The Design Manager will oversee data centre design projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders, country teams, and external consultants. This role involves managing consultant contracts, ensuring alignment with project objectives, and delivering high-quality, cost-effective design solutions. Tender, contracting, and vendor management. Design & project management. Design review and validation. Change management. Collaboration and communication. Continuous improvement. Compliance and risk management. What They Are Looking For Degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data centres or specialised facilities, focusing on CSA and MEP systems development. Experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams and managing new construction, tenant improvements, and capital improvement projects. Proven expertise in consultant negotiation and management.
