Python Developer - IoT

Requirements : - Bachelors/master's in CS/ECE/IT from a top-tier institute or equivalent practical experience majority of which should be relevant in terms of interfacing with third-party systems in buildings. - Experience in developing software on an edge gateway with working knowledge of protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, and WiFi protocols for integrations with strong programming skills in at least one programming language - Python/Java. - Experience in REST API, WebSocket, SQL, and XML. - Good understanding of versioning systems, with good knowledge of Linux, networking, and internet protocols. - Experience with Unit testing in a CI/CD environment. - Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. Good to have : - Integration experience in HVAC, commercial lighting, or BMS systems is preferred. - Experience with embedded GNU/Linux, anything ranging from personal projects with a Raspberry Pi to commercial or industrial scenarios with custom devices. - Experience in building mobile apps in Android or iOS. - Experience in building distributed systems software. - Prior experience in developing the IoT technology stack. - Experience working in a startup.
